When work is underway on a project with a large budget, it’s not easy to guess the aesthetic customer preferences. It is very important to create a truly comfortable space for it. privacy.
The owner of this apartment is a middle-aged man, very rational, enough closed and laconic. It is difficult to rank it among aesthetes. But as he put it, he’s used to to the very best.
For our client, the main priorities are first of all convenience and comfort, and then aesthetic parameters. Therefore, the concept of this design project was to create a modern status interior, decorated in a classic style, emotional, but not eccentric.
In creating an interior, an architect uses many tools to express their ideas. Moreover, the higher the status of the interior, the more sophisticated and professional an approach is needed. In this case, a very restrained color scheme was chosen, but rare, not commonplace.
The entrance hall is a passage room where the client is not constantly, therefore we suggested making it more contrasty than other rooms. Here we have created an interesting carpeted floor pattern with marble effect - a combination of beige and deep blue. It turned out very emotional and even “major”!
The mood of respectability and calm is created in the living room. A lot of buiserie on the walls and the mahogany + oro ceiling perfectly complement the overall atmosphere.
The kitchen in this project is part of the living room. To do this, we just opened the doors to the walls. For kitchen facades, the same veneer and mahogany + oro finish were used as in living room. To avoid contrasts, the walls are painted to match the facades.
The apartment has two bedrooms. One is bright, very sensual. Her delicate color scheme consists of exquisite tones - from dark to lightest. Harmonious texture mix fabrics and materials create a mood of luxury and relaxed bliss.
The second bedroom is radically different. There are pronounced elements that resemble a study. There is a desk. In the corner of the room is a tasting room table with strong drinks.
Corresponding colors - a shade of old gold combined with rich burgundy tone. The cabinet mood is reinforced with Buiserie panels in decoration - natural veneer for varnish. To the right and left of the bed are columns of the Corinthian order. They emphasize the status of the interior of this bedroom.
From the bedroom you can immediately get to the bathroom from the pink onyx Onice Rosa. Unique color and The texture of this onyx is magnificently emphasized by the brilliance of gold and mirrors. Architectural the composition of the bathroom is strictly symmetrical. This powerful space building technique added an element of grandeur to the interior of the bathroom.
The client, the owner of this apartment, was very pleased with the result of our professional work. The tasks that he set, we not only completed, but even felt him unexpressed wishes and implemented them.
